Add paper link and improve model card description

This PR improves the model card by:

Linking the model to the original paper: ToxiTrace: Gradient-Aligned Training for Explainable Chinese Toxicity Detection.
Adding a summary of the ToxiTrace framework and its key components (CuSA, GCLoss, and ARCL) based on the paper abstract.
