This PR adds a comprehensive model card for the ReFIne-qwen3-8b model.
It links the model to its paper, ReFIne: A Framework for Trustworthy Large Reasoning Models with Reliability, Faithfulness, and Interpretability, and provides a link to the accompanying GitHub repository.
Metadata tags for license (apache-2.0), library_name (transformers), and pipeline_tag (text-generation) have been added to improve discoverability and usability.
